Adventure Tribe Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the Adventure Tribe Best Price Guarantee ("Best Price Guarantee") offered by Adventure Tribe ("we," "us," "our").
1.2. By participating in the Best Price Guarantee, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Best Price Guarantee is available to all customers who purchase products from Adventure Tribe.
2.2. The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications to be eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.
2.3. The Best Price Guarantee is not available to individuals who work for, or are affiliated with, a supplier, competitor or retailer of the niches products.
3. How to Request a Price Match
3.1. To request a price match, customers must provide evidence of a lower price from another retailer. This evidence can be a website link, an advertisement, or a written quote.
3.2. The lower price must be available to the general public and verifiable by our team. Prices that require membership, subscription, or are part of a clearance, liquidation, or limited-time promotion may not be eligible.
3.3. The lower price must be for a new, in-stock item. Products from auction sites or marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace, and similar are not eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.
4. Price Match Process
4.1. Customers must contact our customer service team prior to making a purchase or within 48 hours of making a purchase.
4.2. Once the lower price is verified, we will match the price. If the purchase has already been made, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.

5. Exclusions
5.1. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
a) Products sold by third-party sellers on websites such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace, and other auction or marketplace sites. b) Prices that are part of special promotions, such as clearance sales, limited-time offers, bundle deals, or financing offers. c) Prices from membership-based retailers or subscription services. d) Prices that cannot be verified by our team. e) Obvious pricing errors or typographical mistakes e)Used Products or Returns
5.2. We reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.
