What is Ready to Ride?
For an additional £149 you can get extra piece of mind and receive your bike fully built ready to ride, no assembly required, just get on and ride.
Our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date with you once you have ordered.
It will take a few extra days as we will ship it to our specialist delivery partners workshop for assembly and testing prior delivery, this also has the added benefit that if anything is wrong it is caught early and fixed prior delivery.
The delivery drivers themselves are trained on e-bikes and often are riders themselves, so when it's delivered they will then spend time walking you through how it works and answer any questions you may have.
We also remove and recycle all the packaging for you.

How long does our bike delivery take?
Our standard delivery times are below
- Zone A (green), all of England excluding Devon & Cornwall is normally 7 working days.
- Zone B (orange), South & Central Scotland, Devon, Cornwall & Wales is normally 8-9 working days.
- Delivery runs to Scotland, Cornwall and west Wales are currently once a week.
- Zone C (yellow), Mid, East & West Scotland is normally 10 working days.
