At Adventure Tribe we recommend you service your bike 6 weeks after getting it and at least every 6 months. As manufacturer warranty terms vary please check with us for a list of authorised repair centres for your bike to avoid invalidating your warranty.
Remember to always register your warranty after delivery and to NEVER wash your bike upside down!

The Alpha X offers three battery options—Eco, Standard, and Long Range—providing a maximum range of up to 62 miles, depending on your selected battery. The bike features a lightweight 700C alloy wheelset, CST Podium Safe tires, and a Shimano Alivio 10-speed groupset for smooth and reliable shifting. With Tektro 160mm hydraulic disc brakes, the Alpha X ensures safe and responsive stopping power in all weather conditions. Additionally, the bike is fully equipped with integrated front and rear lights, mudguards, a rear rack, and a center stand, making it a complete package for urban riders. The bike also supports smart connectivity via the Connect+ app, allowing riders to monitor and control their ride from their smartphone.
