At Adventure Tribe we recommend you service your bike 6 weeks after getting it and at least every 6 months. As manufacturer warranty terms vary please check with us for a list of authorised repair centres for your bike to avoid invalidating your warranty.
Remember to always register your warranty after delivery and to NEVER wash your bike upside down!

Cruzaa's electronical item(s) come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty to cover any internal electronic components and covers 6 months manufacturer’s warranty for the battery. The warranty starts from the date of delivery to the customer, and is only valid in the UK.
Due to the nature of the item(s) we cannot be held responsible for the misuse of the item(s) or accessories. The warranty does not cover: water damage.
