Cyclotricity 36V 17AH Pannier Rack Battery Replacement/Spare

I have been following them on Facebook for the free eBike draw, but we didn't want to wait and James said if we won he could just refund us the cost of purchase on one of the bikes, We really wanted them for summer so went for it and bought 2 one for me and one for the better half, I cannot believe how much easier hills are, we ride them everywhere now and battery lasts all day! Brill service! Recommend them, great service

Really pleased with my purchase and wish I’d gone electric earlier as makes my cycle to work pretty much effortless, like the fact that the battery is integrated into the frame, only downside is the brake cables as quite taught on the handlebars but just need a bit of adjustment and hopefully all will be good.

From the initial enquiry to delivery, my questions were dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. I haven't managed to ride my new bike yet, but everything looks good so far.
