Care and Warranty

At Adventure Tribe we recommend you service your bike 6 weeks after getting it and at least every 6 months. As manufacturer warranty terms vary please check with us for a list of authorised repair centres for your bike to avoid invalidating your warranty.

Remember to always register your warranty after delivery and to NEVER wash your bike upside down!

HYGGE BIKES - WARRANTY

From the date of purchase, Hygge Bikes provides a 12-months limited warranty against original manufacture defects and transportation damages.

Only the original customer (the name specified on the invoice & delivery address) is eligible for the limited warranty coverage, which begins the day the e-Bike is delivered to the customer.

Hygge Bikes recommends that when purchasing an e-Bike, you service it at least once every 6 -12 months, or every 2000 KM which ever is sooner.

Warranty of 36 months: Frame

Warranty of 12 months: Motor

Warranty of 12 months: Controller, Fork Frame, Handlebar, Brake, Charger, Battery

6-Month Limited Warranty: Display, Switch, Kick Stand, Tires, Pedal, Freewheel, Fender, Headlight, Taillight

Delivery and Shipping

Once your order is received we will confirm availability prior to taking payment. Once confirmed your order will be dispatched direct to you.

You should expect around 3-5 days for delivery.

Good Service, Quick Delivery

I have been following them on Facebook for the free eBike draw, but we didn't want to wait and James said if we won he could just refund us the cost of purchase on one of the bikes, We really wanted them for summer so went for it and bought 2 one for me and one for the better half, I cannot believe how much easier hills are, we ride them everywhere now and battery lasts all day! Awesome Bike

Really pleased with my purchase and wish I’d gone electric earlier as makes my cycle to work pretty much effortless, like the fact that the battery is integrated into the frame, only downside is the brake cables as quite taught on the handlebars but just need a bit of adjustment and hopefully all will be good.
